The Chief Minister, Fabian Picardo, today met with the Foreign Secretary, Rt Hon Lord David Cameron, at the Foreign Office in London in order to discuss the outstanding issues and matters in the ongoing negotiation with the European Union in relation to Gibraltar.
The Gibraltar Youth Production Team (GYPT) is a new Youth Service project which aims to attract young people between the ages 16-25 including, in particular those not in education, employment or training (in a bid to seek to assist in the development of skills useful to prospective employers).
The Ministry of Culture’s annual Poetry Competition was hailed for receiving a record number of entries, yesterday, as the winners, runners up and highly commended candidates were awarded their prizes of a trophy and cash prize, or certificate and pen donated by the Gibraltar Chronicle.
The Gibraltar Football Association’s Youth Section are actively seeking candidates to take up the position of Head Coach for the under 9, under 11 and under 13 Youth National Team. Applicants are required to be in possession of (minimum) a FA Level 2 Coaching Certificate.
Tonight will hail the return of Channel 5 docu-series Gibraltar: Britain in the Sun. Season 3’s inaugural episode, to air tonight at 9pm local time, will follow a host of new faces, including this Summer’s Miss Gibraltar Contestants, and their journey through the pageant.
