The Government has published the Mental Health Bill as a Command Paper. The Bill is for an Act to replace the 1968 Act (commenced in 1972), which it says is “outdated and no longer represents best practice.”
These pictures, sent in by a YGTV viewer, show the damage caused when an entire section of the roof of an apartment block in Cormorant Wharf was blown off by strong winds on Tuesday afternoon. Tiles from the roof hit the windscreen of a luxury vehicle parked below but there are, luckily, no reports of any injuries.
As from today NatWest will enable customers to log in to their mobile banking app using only their finger print. NatWest is the first Gibraltar-base bank to offer this service.
