The Government has said last night’s disgraceful scenes at the frontier will be included in its imminent report to the European Commission. In temperatures above 35 degrees, there were long queues of pedestrians stretching back almost to the Eroski supermarket.

Jul 24 - Long Pedestrian Queues To Enter Gibraltar This Morning
There were lengthy pedestrian queues to enter the Rock this morning as Spanish law enforcement agents conducted another trial run of the new electronic entry system. Pedestrians crossing the frontier were taking around 25 minutes to enter Gibraltar at 10am.
