Apr 10 - Met Office Issues Weather Warning For This Afternoon

The Gibraltar Met Office has issued an Early Weather Warning of Severe Weather affecting Gibraltar today.
South-westerly winds are expected to reach 30 - 35kt with a risk of gusts reaching 55kt. These high winds will be at their strongest during the late afternoon and early evening. The general public is reminded that strong winds may cause some damage and the risk of injury from flying debris is ever-present. Items which could cause damage if dislodged by strong winds should be secured. Disruption to travel may be experienced during this period.
