Jul 09 - Deputy Mayor, Kaiane Aldorino GMH, to visit Madeira
From the 13th July to the 17th July, Deputy Mayor, Kaiane Aldorino GMH, will be visiting Funchal, Madeira.
Scheduled events have been organised during the visit, including a meeting with the Mayor of Funchal, Mr Paul Cafofo and will be followed by a reception hosted by the Camara Municipal and visits to Madeira’s historical and touristic sites.
The visit will coincide with some days that Mr Louis Pereira will be in Madeira with His Lordship Ralph Heskett, the bishop of Gibraltar and Monsignor Charlie Azzopardi, together with a group of Gibraltar who will be there to commemorate the 10th anniversary of when a replica statue of Our Lady of Europe was presented to the diocese and people of Madeira.
