The Government of Gibraltar says it will be publishing the Limited Partnerships Bill and the Protected Cell Limited Partnerships Bill as part of the modernisation of the jurisdiction’s funds legislation.
The Department of the Environment, Sustainability, Climate Change and Heritage is installing artificial rock pools on harbour walls. The Chief Minister this afternoon announced further restrictions governing mask use and Chatham Counterguard in a bid to avoid even tougher measures like a curfew or full lockdown.
The use of face masks in the centre of town will be made compulsory and enforceable by law and a new no loitering rule will come into effect on certain nights in Chatham Counterguard.
