The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has issued a £5000 financial penalty to a local real estate agent for failing to submit documents to the OFT.

Port Authority Issues New Protocol For Locally Registered Pleasure Craft / Small Boats Leaving From And Returning To British Gibraltar Territorial Waters
The Captain of the Port has issued a protocol to all marinas, small boats associations and local yacht agents informing them of the procedures to be followed by all vessels returning to British Gibraltar Territorial Waters. The protocol has been put together following discussions with and advice from the Director of Public Health.
Airfield Exercise At RAF Gibraltar
An exercise, involving personnel from the Airfield Fire and Rescue Service (AFRS), Air Traffic Control (ATC) and the Gibraltar Defence Police (GDP), took place yesterday at the western end of the runway at RAF Gibraltar.
