European Commission Executive Vice-President Maroš Šefčovič, Spanish Minister for ForeignAffairs José Manuel Albares and UK Foreign Secretary David Cameron, together with the Chief Minister of Gibraltar Fabian Picardo, met in Brussels on Thursday 16th May.
Gibraltar has come out in force for today’s EU referendum. When polling stations closed across the Rock, 20,174 people had cast their vote on whether the UK and Gibraltar should leave or remain in the European Union. This represents 83.6% of the electorate.
The Leader of the Opposition, Daniel Feetham, spoke to YGTV after casting his EU referendum vote at the Plater Youth Club earlier his morning. Mr Feetham said his spirits were “high.”
