The Gibraltar FA is delighted to announce the appointment of Ivan Robba as its new Head of Legal Services, Licensing and Football Governance. Ivan is a Law Graduate from the University of Leeds and was called to the Gibraltar Bar in 2007.
The Chamber and its members say that they are relieved that the Government is keeping to its manifesto commitment of not increasing the costs of water or electricity. The Chamber also welcomes the fact that there has been no increase in social insurance costs for employers.
Four Police Officers from the Metropolitan Police Service in the UK drove from London to Gibraltar in a modified Suzuki Jeep in aid of the Help for Heroes charity.
Andy Le Geyt, Max Chung, Daniel Wickham and Milad Amini raised £1,750 for the charity by doing something different. They went about hatching a plan, Andy Le Geyt says:

“St Mary’s First School suffered some flooding overnight as the result of a burst water pipe. Given that this occurred on the last teaching day of the term, disruption has been kept to a minimum.
The Gibraltar Government is planning to expand the team, function and premises of the Gibraltar office in Brussels. Dr Joseph Garcia, Deputy Chief Minister, and the Gibraltar delegation have been identifying suitable premises in the EU capital during their visit.
The Gibraltar team was made up of Chief Legal Adviser Michael Llamas QC, Principal Secretary Caine Sanchez and PA Ernest Francis.
The user os St Bernadette’s enjoyed a fun day recently. The day included sensory art, face painting, games and dancing followed by a BBQ in the Centre’s Garden. Care Agency staff were supported by Aon Insurance Managers (Gibraltar) Limited’s staff who were celebrating their “Global Service Day”.
