With economic ties between the Rock and the US developing through the freshly launched Gibraltar branch of the American Chamber of Commerce, we are soon to see robust cultural links come about through the development of the ‘Midtown’ complex, which will feature luxury residential apartments, an abundance of office space and retail units to bring the community back to the heart of Gibraltar. It will further feature the new coach park, plenty of public parking and a new green space for the general population.
The Defence Fire and Rescue Service will be taking part in a Charity Event organized by the Citizens Advice Bureau tomorrow morning, in order to raise funds for the Gibraltar Community Association and Calpe House. The ‘Hose Run’ will travel through Main Street, with Fire Service officers laying hoses, in full breathing apparatus, from Casemates to the Convent and back again.
