The Chief Minister, Fabian Picardo, today met with the Foreign Secretary, Rt Hon Lord David Cameron, at the Foreign Office in London in order to discuss the outstanding issues and matters in the ongoing negotiation with the European Union in relation to Gibraltar.

Together Gibraltar is deeply concerned by reports of the difficulties being faced by Gibraltarians crossing into Spain and reports of potential fines for those leaving the Campo area.
The Governor, Vice Admiral Sir David Steel, has awarded his Commander-in-Chief’s Commendation to former Regimental Sergeant Major WO1 Dan Henderson and to the Bandmaster, WO1 Tom Rundle-Wood.
As announced by the Minister for Health and Care, Gemma Arias-Vasquez earlier this month, the tenders for the provision of services at the Care Agency have now been published via the Government of Gibraltar’s Procurement Office.
The Government says the University of Gibraltar “continues its commitment to academic excellence and professional advancement within the region, offering a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes tailored to shape future leaders and innovators.”
